By creating an account, subscribing to, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
The Service is operated by AI Logger ("we", "us", "our"). We provide tools, SDKs, and APIs to help organizations log, hash, and verify AI inference events and other operational data for compliance, auditability, and internal risk management.
2. Service Description
AI Logger is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables you to:
- Collect structured logs from AI systems and other applications.
- Hash and optionally stamp those logs with external integrity services.
- Generate reports and evidence for regulatory, contractual, or audit purposes.
Access is provided on a subscription basis, with usage limits, pricing, and support tiers described on the Website and in your account.
3. Eligibility and Account Access
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms to use the Service. Some features require registration of an account via our identity provider. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Ensuring only authorized users access your organization's account.
- All activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription, Pricing, and Payment
Access to the Service is offered under free and paid subscription plans. Current plan options, usage limits, and prices are published on the Website. Unless otherwise stated:
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
- You may upgrade or downgrade your plan within the app; changes may affect your billing and usage thresholds going forward.
- We may suspend or restrict access if payments fail, are reversed, or remain overdue after reasonable notice.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, which we do not control.
